As always, these were really good. Baked apples are so simple and so good for you.
Baked Apples

Ingredients
- 1 apple per person
- 1 tbsp butter per apple
- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar per apple
- fruit juice
- oatmeal / granola to preference
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° and gather your ingredients and a heat proof oven dish.
- Core the apples. Fill insides with some dried fruits. Mix the oatmeal with brown sugar and fill the apples and spread more on the bottom if desired.
- Dot everything with a bit of butter, bake for 30-40 minutes until done.
