Pineapple Souffle

Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 8 slices cubed bread
- Pinch of salt
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple
Directions
- Cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time. Beat well
after each egg. Ass the salt and pineapple. Fold in the bread cubes, bake
at 350 for 45 minutes.
- You can make this early in your day and refrigerate until ready to bake.

I was first introduced to this dish at one of the Grey's holiday get togethers. Loving all things sweet, this was an instant hit. Pineapple souffle though, besides my attraction to the sugar, is a perfect companion to holiday hams or turkeys.
