Parmesan Tilapia

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbs chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 4 tilapia fillets (about 1 pound total)
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 400.
- Combine the cheese, paprika and parsley into a shallow dish. Season with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, and combine thoroughly. Drizzle or spray the tilapia, then dredge with the seasoned mixture.
- Use parchment paper or foil to line a small baking pan, place the fish on the pan and into the oven for 10-12 minutes. The center of the fish should flake easily, if not add another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with lemon wedges for serving.
