Cute little jelly cups for parties, or just to use up some almost finished jelly. Either way, delish.
Jelly Pastry Cups

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) wedge Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 15 frozen phyllo tart cups
- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves, or to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Place the cups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place one piece of the brie cheese into each cup. Top with 1 tsp jelly of your choice.
- Bake for about 7-8 minutes or until the brie is melty
