BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon cumin
Instructions
- Prepare the rub mix by mixing all of the above ingredients into a jar or a small bowl, mix or shake to combine thoroughly.
- Pour a generous amount over the top, bottom, and using your hands, make sure to get the sides covered as well.
- Place the ribs on your preheated grill, and cover, and walk away.
- In one hour, check the ribs, turning them over, re-cover, then walk away.
- Next hour, repeat, and repeat 1 more time for a total of 4 hours.
- Bring inside and allow to rest for 15 minutes, cut apart and have plenty of napkins.
