Roasted Asparagus with Proscuitto

Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus (OR 4-5 stems per person)
- Prosciutto
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Carefully wrap each stem of asparagus with a thin piece of prosciutto, spiraling from one end to the other.
- Sprinkle with pepper and bake at 425 until prosciutto is brown and crispy and asparagus is tender, about 15 minutes. Poke with a fork to test if you can’t tell.
