Balsamic Pot Roast
Tender balsamic pot roast slow-cooked to perfection with rich flavors of balsamic glaze, garlic, and herbs—an easy, hearty, and delicious comfort meal!

Ingredients
- 2–3 lb. beef chuck roast
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced thinly
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Season the roast with salt and pepper, and using a cast iron skillet preheated to medium high, sear the roast on both sides, then turn off the heat.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together, blend well, then pour over the meat mixture and tent with foil.
- Bake for 3 hours. Once cooked, shred the beef with forks and serve.
- If you would like to use a slow cooker, by all means do that.

Not much to say, except you need to try this. Also, try using some pappardelle, it's delicious!
