is so simple, I am surprised there is actually a recipe for this.
Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 potato per person, sliced and cut as you see in the photo
- Salt, pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375. In a large bowl, as you cut the potatoes, drop the pieces into water to prevent them from browning.
- When they are all cut, rinse the water, and then rinse again. To this bowl, add about 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp salt, and 2 tsp pepper.
- Using your hands, mix all of this together thoroughly. Place the seasoned potatoes onto a parchment lined baking sheet and arrange evenly.
- Bake 30-40 minutes until soft
and starting to become golden.
