- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp fresh grated Nutmeg
- 8 tbsp butter - 1 stick
- Unsalted Butter (room temperature save the wrapper!!)

1/4

4
tbsp unsalted butter
A
pinch of salt
1/3

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. On a parchment lined baking sheet, place the PEEL ON bananas and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven to 325, remove the bananas to cool enough to handle.
- Butter a loaf pan, set aside. Cream the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well after each.
- In another bowl, mash the bananas with a fork, add the spices, mix well. Then add in the milk, blending all ingredients completely.
- In your dry bowl, mix all the dry ingredients with a whisk. Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, and stir gently until all the dry ingredients are incorporated.
- Pour the batter in your prepared loaf pan, and bake for 30 minutes.
- At the 30 minute mark, prepare the streusel by combining the ingredients listed, then cut in the butter. Add the chopped walnuts and toss the mixture.
- At the 40 minute mark, sprinkle the topping over the bread, and bake another 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Set aside on a rack to cool before cutting.
