Pork And Apple Burger With Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 Granny Smith apple - peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 yellow sweet onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- Hamburger buns
- Salt, pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well. The egg and breadcrumbs are necessary to bind the apple and pork together.
- Pan fry like you would a normal hamburger, and serve with your favorite cheese on top, and other toppings, etc. Lettuce, tomato.
