Summer Squash Dehydrated

Yield: As Much as your dehydrator will hold

Total time: approx 12 hours

Ingredients

Summer Squash - or Zucchini

Instructions

Slice the zucchini between 1/8 and 1/4 in thick.  1/8 is good for seasoned chips, and 1/4 may be a little thick for timely drying. 

 

Place on dehydrator trays and sprinkle with sea salt, or pepper.  Dry at 115, usually about 12 hours.


These things are just too easy but when you have a full garden loaded with zucchini you start trying to get creative.
