Homemade Granola

Ingredients

 

  • 4 cups oatmeal
  • 1-1/2 cups nuts and seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mixed regular and golden raisins

 

Directions

 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients, stir. Then mix your dry ingredients and pour over the dry ingredients.
  3. Bake 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway though. Let it cook after baking, then break it up into chunks and store.

This recipe needs to be re-done and re-photographed, as do so many of the ones on this site.  However, I keep going down the rabbit hole of new designs, trying to get the print button working, standardizing the way I have presented things, and so on and so on.
