No 458 - Noodle Bowls

Ingredients:
- Ramen Noodles
- 2 pieces grilled chicken
- 2 boiled eggs
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 radish - matchsticked
- 2 baby bok choy, grilled on cast iron
- sugar snap peas
- chicken broth
- soy sauce
- dash of sesame oil
Instructions:
- This is another one of those non-recipes. Of course you have to cook your noodles, that's a given.
- Things that made a noodle bowl delicious are of course, noodles, and boiled eggs. The bok choy was a great addition - but feel free to add whatever leftover vegetables you may have on hand - these bowls are a great way to use up this and that in your fridge.
- the dash of sesame oil (and i mean a dash) is what will give an asian type of flavor to the bowl.
