Peach
crisp doesn't have to be complicated. If
you have some peaches that need using up, this is the dish for you
Peach Crisp

Ingredients
For the Peaches:
2 large peaches
2 tbsp sugar
3 tsp flour
1/4 tsp lemon zest
Topping:
1/4 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Cut peaches into slices about a 1/2 inch thick. Toss with the sugar and lemon zest and place in your baking dish.
In
a small mixing bowl, add all of the topping ingredients, and mix together
really well. Using your hands, crumble
the mixture over the peaches. Bake 30
minutes and serve with some ice cream.
